When My Name Was Keoko Day 3

As we have read about Sun-hee and her family, we have learned a lot about Korean culture. Today we will be looking into all the different aspects of Korean culture that we have learned.

DO NOW: As a group Create a T-Chart, like the example below. Write 5 bullet points on each side for what culture is like in each country.

USA	KOREA

CLASSWORK: We will be discussing Chapters 10-14.

We will then finish our Korean Culture Sheet.

HOMEWORK: Start reading Chapters 15-17 in “When My Name was Keoko.” Then, answer the questions for Chapters 15-17 from When My Name was Keoko Questions in eBackpack.

NOTE: Tomorrow is a workday. You will have time tomorrow to read the chapters as well. But make sure you don't have homework for the long weekend.
